Is it better to take before sleep to avoid the side effects and not to get a stroke or heart attack in sleep? My friend was 38 years old old she died in sleep 😢 I have pain sometimes in my heart I mean cold be muscles around my BP is around 158/93 but if I am at the gym or treadmill and holding the sensor also wearing a watch my heart pressure showing up to 150 and between rests goes to 120 but my BP monitor at home is usually over 130-158/ 83-99 I got this medication at home from my doctor I am on TRT I haven’t touched the medicine yet trying to lower it by diet. But the testosterone holding fluids in my body especially when I eat sugar sweets and salt 🧂 but I need salt I work out 6x a week hard and I live in Hawaii it’s hot I sweat a lot during the day so the side effects low potassium etc not good but I can take supplements. I also heard about developing a cough on this BP medication and that it’s become permanent even after stopping this medication 💊! That’s the main reason I haven’t taken it yet. I like the fact you mentioned that this medication helps to get ride of fluids out of kidneys that it acts like diarrhetic . It would help me to get tide of my excess water retention from TRT . But not sure how it works its kind of countering against each other I also take 5g of creatine supplement for working out 🏋️ which retains water. I would definitely get cramps in my abs and other muscles I already get some now when I am low on sodium. I carry it in my backpack tho in cause Id get a chest pain . As I took an aspirin few times before when I had 30 min chest pain and hard time breathing 😮‍💨 🙈 I know you saying why the f you didn’t go to ER. Well like I said I live in Hawaii on an island and medical 🏥 is very bad here and closest hospital almost an hour a way. So I hope I am still ok because I work out 33 years never smoked and don’t drink but o guess i think like im still 20 but i am hitting 50 soon ill be 48 in 1/2 year. Mom had an heart attack and dad died on stroke and lung disease. But they smoked over 20 cigarettes a day for 40 years so I don’t think i should get it too 🙈

I have been talking gabapentin since 2004. Lost my right leg above knee and have issues with plp. I've saw some channels,videos and many comments about some people that actually get high on this stuff. Don't know about that but if there was a way to get high from gabapentin I would have found it. One thing I do know is that withdrawals from this stuff are horrendous.

Basal insulin one shot per day dropped my fasting blood sugar from 180 to 95. Does Ozempic do the same? If you are underweight like I am at 150lbs and over 6 feet tall you do not need a drug that curbs appetite and makes food actually repulsive. Consider Basal Insulin because is might rest the beta cells and give them a better chance of producing insulin during meals. I think Doctors are putting too much emphasis on oral medications when many just need insulin shots.

Can one drive while one is taking paroxetene or escitalopram?

These pills are not candy so I am taking great consideration about starting any meds, especially depression and anxiety. There are a lot of alternative ways to deal with the symptoms than medications. if it works for you fine, but, for me, I'm trying only to take meds to stay alive if absolutely necessary.

Ik neem het nu voor de 2e dag. Ik bouw ook mijn Effexor af.. Nu neem ik voor de komende 14dagen 30mg duloxetine en 75mg effexor. Daarna nog eens 14 dagen 37.5mg effexor en 60mg duloxetine. Momenteel gaat het nog wat betreft bijwerkingen maar ik juich nog niet te vroeg. Dag 1 had ik enkel wat lichte last in mijn buik. Nu dag 2 voel ik me traag,moeilijk nadenken(beetje zombie-achtig) en meer zweten onder de oksels. Mijn zicht is soms ook wat minder goed maar dat had ik al gelezen van anderen. Ik las dingen over mensen die moestten overgeven etc en ik werd er alleen maar angstiger van. Iedereen reageert anders op medicatie. Fingers crossed dus!

i’m literally crying so much it hurts so bad

I'm on 60 mgs, did nothing for me, and many side effects. I was on Amytriptilin it worked, then she added DuLoxetine, then ringing, beeping sounds "tinnitus ", started, dry mouth, feeling crawling on my skin, found out my pain was not FM,and it was knots all along my spine. I winged off, it was the hardest thing ever, blood pressure spiked, blood sugar spiked, dizziness, confusion, brain zaps, lated 3 months. Had to call permedics, thought I was stroking. Come to find out it's was coming off them. Got put on Gabepatine, it worked, then started having breathing problems, didn't know it was the med, till I read about it. Got my gut destroyed by Cefepime antiobotics, Dr. Put me back on DuLoxetine, went from 180 to 115, loss all my muscle, hair was falling out, and severe nuropathy, she should of never put me on this, knowing my gut was wiped out, so now, I'm one sick puppy 16 months in. 😢 Don't ever take antidepressants, they change your natural brain function. And most doctors will not listen, cause they are tied into Big Pharma! Do your research on anything prescribed, before you take it.

My grandfather looks like he’s progressing into the early stage, occasionally blaming and accusing others of doing stuff, especially me, even when I’m the one who surprisingly is the one who cares for him the most (I’m the grandson).He loses his temper at my grandma easily. One moment he’s being unreasonable, the other moment he’s feeling remorseful. My dad is done with him and is being so rude to him and thus I have to make him feel better. When I do everything with him, there are more things he can blame and accuse me of (example not telling him something when I literally said it 20 times throughout the whole day) and even trying to use threats like (I won’t come anymore). I was just put on this after my stay in a hospital. My anxiety/ depression / insomnia got so out of control. It is not helping me sleep tho. I almost feel like it gives me energy. I know weird,right? Anyone else feel like this? I'm just on 50mg, do I need more or a new med? I was up for almost 3 days before they admitted me. Prescribed respirdol and Effexor plus trazadone & anxiety still out of control. I called 911 a couple days ago because my panic attack was that bad! These feelings are terrifying and lack of sleep makes them worse. Idk what to do at this point.

It’s not great for my pain at all. It does nothing at all, to be honest. 50 mg. No side affects; no benefit. Currently Meloxicam , I use during the first half of the day, and it’s more effective with coffee taken in the morning. But doesn’t work for an hour! 🥺 Next, we tried Hydrocodone 5 mg, and it is only marginally better. The vet gives my dog the same Tramadol and he’s 1/5th of my weight 🦮🤦‍♀️…So next we try low dose Percocet. 🧐 I have chronic Gouty arthritis that I take daily Febuxostat and long term inflammation, osteoporosis, and Fibromyalgia. I need real help ❤️‍🩹

The whole "opioid crisis" is a sham. I have chronic pain, & hydrocodone helps. I am not at risk for addiction, because I take as directed.
